How does it works

Quickly and easily! Register as a member online. Once you've done that, you'll receive a login (bikesharing card number) and PIN. Simply key in your bikesharing card number and PIN and you can return a bike through the aplication. You can return the bike in any virtual station you can see on the map.

Where can I ride?

You can ride on a bicycle in area of red circle (you can see it in the map in the app or on the website). Return bike is possible in the polygon (for a fee) or in virtual station (for free).

I can not rent a bike

It is possible that the bike you have selected has a low battery level and is waiting for a replacement or has another technical problem. Try to borrow another bike nearby or call a customer line.

I can not return the bike

First check in the app if you are not in the red zone. If not, check if you are in an open-air location within GSM range.

If the bike still does not return, contact the customer service.

I forgot my PIN or login (bikesharing card number)

Please contact us through the contact form at the footer of the site, or by emailing us at Servicefreebike@doplnimeazbude.uk, we will verify your identity and send you a login (bikesharing card number) and PIN by e-mail.

When I can use Bikes DEMO 4g?

DEMO 4G will be close from 31.10.2025

Problem with app?
